This branch is mainly dealing with grant of licenses for Cinemas, permit for holding public shows, public meeting, public gathering, establishment of public press, appointment of duty magistrates and other matter relating to maintenance of law and order. Haryana Cinemas Regulation Act, Cable TV regulation Act etc. are available in the M.A. Branch for access of the public. This branch makes payment of all kinds viz salary and contingency bill of the office. It is governed by the provision of Punjab Financial Rules and Kutchery Compound Funds rules which are available in the Nazarat Branch for perusal of the public. Local Fund Branch
This branch is entrusted with the work of supervising the working of Municipal Council and Municipal Committees in the district. The budget of Municipal Council and Municipal Committees are passed by D.M.C. Charkhi Dadri. The D.M.C. exercises the control over the working of Municipal Committees in various sections for example 245,246,247,248 section 99 Haryana Municipal Act of Municipal Account Code. The working is governed by the provision of Haryana Municipal Act/Rules. These books are available with the Local Fund Branch for perusal of the member of the public. This branch deals with issue of new arms license, re-registration and renewal of old arms licence of prohibited bore. This branch gets report from S.P. Charkhi Dadri and take action on the application as per provision of the Indian Arms Act 1959 and the rules framed there under time to time. The act and rules are available with P.L.A. branch for perusal of the member of the public.
This branch deals under Right to information Act, 2005 which provide certified and uncertified copy of information as per requirement of the applicant. A separate register has been maintained for receipt and disposal of application under RTI Act, 2005. The information is supplied with in time frame fixed under the provision of Act.
This branch deals with disposal of original and appellate court cases by the Court of Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri. The appeal against the order AC Ist grade are heard by this court. This court is also appellate tribunal court for the Senior Citizen. Lambardars/Sarbrah lambardars/Chowkidars are appointed by the D.C. court. Subordinate offices are inspected by the Peshi Branch.
This branch deals with the work of discretionary grants received from the Govt. and supervising various works done by the B.D.P.O.s. It is under the control of D.D.P.O. Charkhi Dadri .

Sadar Kanungo Branch
The main function of this branch is to keep the record of the land regarding its ownership and cultivation up to date. For this purpose, there is one record room of Land records at the then district Bhiwani where jamabandies of the whole of the district are kept. Apart from this, the Mussavies prepared by the consolidation staff at the time of consolidation are also kept in this record room. According to the instruction of the Govt. the entire Jamabandies of all revenue villages of this District are being computerized. As this branch deals with the record of Agriculturist/farmers prepared by the Field Staff Patwaris, Kanungos, Naib Tehsildars and Tehsildars as such the grievances of the Agriculturists against the Patwaris and Kanungoes are also dealt with by this branch. District Revenue Accounts Branch
The function of this Branch is to maintain the accounts of Recovery of Govt. Dues i.e. Land Revenue, Water-rate and dues of other govt. departments, Board, Corporations and Banks etc. Besides this, this branch also deals with the work of allotment and leasing out of Nazul Land, Pension in lieu of jagirs and the disposal of the acquired abandoned land. This branch is under the officer inchargeship of D.R.O. Charkhi Dadri .
The main function of this Branch is to monitor the flood and other natural calamities. At the time of any crisis, this Branch provides direct help to the public by providing relief equipments and trained personnel. The information regarding sufferers from natural calamities like flood, drought, house collapse etc. is brought to the notice of the Govt. through this Branch only and relief provided by the Govt. to the sufferers is also distributed amongst the sufferers under the supervision of this branch through Revenue Officers. This branch deals with the work of registration at the Registrar level and also examines the work done by the Sub-Registrars and Joint Sub Registrars. The old record of registration is also available in this Branch. The effected persons may get the copy of the same, if they so desire. This branch deals with the fixation of collector rate of the land, grant of Document writer license, Stamp Vendor License and Property Dealers License. Vernacular Record Room
The judicial and revenue record of the cases decided by Revenue/Judicial Courts is maintained by the Assistant of this branch who is in charge of Record Room. Record of about 100 Years is being maintained in this Record Room. This branch is under the officer inchargeship of D.R.O. Charkhi Dadri .
